Our Team is looking for a Virtual Project Manager with marketing experience to manage project schedules, ­operations, strategic direction, and marketing activities for HOUSE COLLECTIVE. Our ideal candidate is analytical, intellectual, energetic and a self­-starter. This is a part­-time, freelance/contract virtual position (up to 30 hours per month). Hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on season, projects and needs of Client Community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operations​­ - keep Marketing projects on track. Analyze, streamline and simplify processes.
2. Projects -​­ utilize project management planning experience and software (ClickUp) to manage all projects on time and on budget.
3. People​­ - communicate clearly, partner with Team on various projects, answer questions and provide guidance.
4. Marketing Management - edit marketing materials, identify and engage with vendors, coordinate marketing activities. Develop and source content for digital platforms. Planning, strategy and implementation of marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
• Comfortable with social media
• Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
• Highly organized
• Project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics
• Knowledge of tech stacks, Google AdWords, and online analytics
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently

Compensation is between $30-40/hour and will depend on experience.
